Privacy Policy

At Cveloriavexan S.A.S. we handle personal data with the care that Argentine legislation and international standards require in 2026. This policy explains in concrete terms what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have as a data subject.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Cveloriavexan S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71856420-4, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 4250, 7th floor, Palermo, C1426 CABA, Argentina. For any data-related query you can write to privacidad@cveloriavexan.com.
2. Data we process
We collect the data that you provide directly through the contact form (name, email and message) and technical data automatically generated during browsing, such as truncated IP address, device type, browser, visited pages and referrers. When you accept analytics or advertising cookies, additional identifiers associated with those categories are also incorporated.
3. Purposes
We process the data to: (i) respond to commercial and investment queries; (ii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms in Argentina; (iii) measure site performance and improve user experience; (iv) run digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, only with prior and verifiable consent.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases are consent (when you grant it), pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations applicable to the activity, and the legitimate interest of the company in site security.
5. Retention
We keep form data for 36 months from the last contact, unless legal or regulatory obligations require a longer period. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to the policies of providers (such as Google) and always within the maximum permitted periods.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with hosting, analytics and marketing providers acting as processors. Some are based outside Argentina; in those cases we apply contractual clauses and adequate technical measures in accordance with Law No. 25,326 and complementary regulations.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection at any time, as well as withdraw consent. You can do so by writing to privacidad@cveloriavexan.com with a copy of an identification document. The AAIP is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access control, periodic audits and internal training. No system is completely invulnerable, but we work to keep risks to a minimum.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same URL and, when changes are significant, we will let you know through the usual channels before it takes effect.
